Here is the application for most current Division 3 membership campaign we are having. Download it, fill it out and return them to either someone at your chapter or one of the Division Exec members who can upload it to the AFSA Website. Use your AFSA # as the recruiter ID or you can use 794003.

D3 Membership Campaign: Goes until July 15, 2022

As you're all aware April 15 to July 15 is our D3 Membership Campaign...a fantastic opportunity on the other hand (social media, email, texting, phone calls) ...and you can even wear latex gloves if you wish!

There is also a membership campaign for Family members.

FYI: As many have noted, the membership campaign ends on 15 Jul and applications are due to HQ by 15 Jul.

While completing the form electronically and emailing to HQ is desired, IF a chapter needed to send via USPS here's how:
