Membership Achievement Award

Criteria is based upon efforts to recruit and retain members, innovative ways to promote membership at the chapter and or international level and management support of membership initiatives.

Eligibility: All AFSA members who recruited and/or retained a minimum total of 100 members for the award period.

The award package will include the following items at the time of submission or it will not be graded:

  • Personal Biography (Use Division 3 Biography Template)
  • AFSA Form 100, use Time New Roman, 11-point font for all the headings, narrative statements and other content within this section.
  • Bullets are no longer allowed.
  • Narrative statements will be two lines (min/max)
  • Do not start a narrative statement with a dash ("-")

The AFSA Form 100 will contain the following categories:

  • Significant efforts in recruiting and retention (50 pts max)
  • Innovative ways to increase membership (25 pts max)
  • Membership initiatives at chapter level (25 pts max)
