Veterans Administration Volunteer Services Award

Exceptional dedication and service in a volunteer status in a VA facility.

Eligibility: All AFSA members are eligible.

The award package will include the following items at the time of submission or it will not be graded:

Personal Biography (Use Division 3 Biography Template)
AFSA Form 100, use Time New Roman, 11-point font for all the headings, narrative statements and other content within this section.
Bullets are no longer allowed.
Narrative statements will be two lines (min/max)
Do not start a narrative statement with a dash ("-")

The AFSA Form 100 will contain the following categories:

Duties and Accomplishments (50 pts max) limited to nine narratives plus the heading
Volunteer Savings to Organization (25 pts max) limited to four narratives plus the heading
Total Hours of Service (25 pts max) limited to four narratives plus the heading
