Individual Legislative Award

To recognize significant contributions to the AFSA legislative program.

Eligibility: All AFSA members are eligible.

The award package will include the following items at the time of submission or it will not be graded:

Personal Biography (Use Division 3 Biography Template)
AFSA Form 100, use Time New Roman, 11-point font for all the headings, narrative statements and other content within this section.
Bullets are no longer allowed.
Narrative statements will be two lines (min/max)
Do not start a narrative statement with a dash ("-")

The AFSA Form 100 will contain the following categories:

Legislative Week Activities (40 pts max) Limited to six narratives plush the heading
Legislative Awareness at Chapter Level (40 pts max) Limited to six narratives plush the heading
Legislative Impact at Local Level (10 pts max) Limited to two narratives plush the heading
Legislative Activities at State Level (10 pts max) Limited to two narratives plush the heading
