This award recognizes a comprehensive communication program that effectively incorporates association messages into newsletters, websites and social media, and used a variety of other communication tactics to reach internal and external audiences.
Eligibility: All divisions/chapters are eligible.
Submit an AFSA Form 100 with links (URLs) to website and/or social media pages, if applicable, as well as any other relevant documentation to support award submission. In addition, submit one copy of at least three separate newsletter editions, if applicable.

Division 3 also recognizes Chapters with the following communications awards
Chapters will automatically be entered into these awards based upon their submission for the AFSA level communications award. For example, if a Chapter submits a Form 100 with links to their website, they will automatically be entered into the Website of the Year award. If they submit 3 newsletters, a Chapter will automatically be entered into the Newsletter of the Year award. There is no need to submit any additional documentation beyond what you submit for the AFSA level Communication award. If you want your Chapter to be recognized for these awards, ensure you submit the proper documentation.
Division level awards are limited to the Division Level and will not be forwarded to HQ AFSA.
