Chapter Humanitarian Service Award

Exemplary achievement in the field of humanity.

Eligibility: Chapters involved with humanitarian efforts on a local and/or national level. This award is not the same as volunteering on-base. Not every chapter may be involved in humanitarian activities.

The award package will include the following items at the time of submission or it will not be graded:

  • AFSA Form 100, maximum submission is limited to 18 lines including heading.

The AFSA Form 100 will contain the following categories:

  • Humanitarian efforts at Local Level (Scoring: 75 pts) Limited to 12 bullets, plus the heading.
  • Humanitarian efforts at the National Level (Scoring: 25 pts) Limited to 4 bullets plush the heading.
