Division 3 Chapters

Division 3 includes 13 chapters that cover 10 states; North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Our division is made up of 13,500 members that makes up 11% of the total AFSA population.

Division 3 was originally born as Division 89 in April 2009 when former Division 8 and Division 9 merged to become the second AFSA "super division". This merger was necessary to keep both divisions solvent. By reducing overhead by 50%, we are able to offer our division membership the same level of service for half the cost.
